Throughout the Easter weekend, authors and readers will be making it a date to share their passion and maybe lay their hands on that sought-after gem! Why not come and join them?

A small village in the heart of the lush green Belgian Ardennes, Redu is transformed into a veritable world of literature when it holds its traditional book fair. And it has to be said that the event has now become part of Redu’s lifeblood, the first place on the European continent to become an official “Book Village”.

For the event, the entire village becomes pedestrianised and stalls piled high with novels take over the streets. And it’s not only about signings and meeting the authors, there’s also plenty of musical entertainment, readings and associated events for everyone and every age. A literary celebration to discover with the family and your baby bookworms, or just the two of you for a romantic day in search of the perfect read!
