Camping Nuit Etoilée in Guidel

Each year in the month of August, thousands of spectators make it a date in the municipality of Guidel in Brittany to watch its famous Nuit Etoilée. And for good reason: the event, today renowned as the greatest firework sound and light show in Brittany, never ceases to amaze everyone and every age!

And it has to be said that the stage chosen for the spectacle adds its own fairy tale touch. The grand firework display is launched from the banks of the River Laïta, the natural border between the Finistère and the Morbihan. And you can also join in the village dance and enjoy refreshments from an open-air restaurant, both organised on-site. Finally, at 10.30pm all eyes turn to the sky: it’s the witching hour and the great celestial show is about to begin!
