Camping Paris Marathon

First run in 1976, the Paris Marathon is none other than the greatest running event held in France! With its 42km route on the right bank of the Seine, it tests all the competitors to their limits whilst also enabling them to admire some of the most beautiful buildings of the City of Lights: Place Vendôme, Place de l’Opéra, Eiffel Tower, Place de la Bastille... And, in any event, the most important thing is taking part!

Before the starting line on the Avenue des Champs-Elysées, each amateur runner chooses their bib according to their target time: 3 hours, 3¼ hours, 4 hours, etc. Whether you want to be out front with the leading group or watching with the crowd, our Sandaya campsite near Paris is the ideal address to discover the French capital whilst enjoying all the ambiance of the countryside!
