If there was a slogan for a stay in Leucate, it would be “In Leucate, fun is a fact!” Your programme could include an introduction to kitesurfing or windsurfing, a day spent discovering the UNESCO-listed medieval cities of Carcassonne and Narbonne, a trip along the Canal du Midi, a day lazing on the beach or a trip to the Sigean African Reserve. Hop on your bike and take a ride along this cycle route which, as its name suggests, largely follows the Mediterranean coastline, stretching from the Pyrenees to Monaco. As you pedal along the stretch near the campsite, which links Leucate to Argelès-sur-Mer, you’ll pass through Le Barcarès, Canet-en-Roussillon and St-Cyprien with the Mediterranean as your backdrop!
