Camping The Calella de Palafrugell Cantada d’Havaneres

Born in 1966 from what was just a simple, friendly gathering, the Cantada d’Havaneres is today an event renowned throughout the whole of the Costa Brava. Originally merely a celebration of the melancholic songs for which the Catalan fishermen were well known; today the event has become a series of open-air concerts held in July each year, bringing together thousands of spectators of all ages. 

And it has to be said that the setting for the Cantada offers its own unique touch of magic: the stage is set up in Port Bo Square with the Mediterranean Sea as its stunning backdrop. It’s also an invitation to discover all the charm of Calella de Palafrugell, with its narrow streets and age-old fishermen’s houses. Come and visit during the most festive evening of the year!
