If you decide to visit Torroella de Montgrí together, just the two of you, there’s nothing better than a stroll up to the famous Montgrí Castle, standing guard over the bay. The climb will take you about an hour to reach the famous medieval fortress and offers an exceptional panorama over the whole region of Empordà. As you return from your hike, you’ll appreciate finding yourselves back in the shade of the narrow streets of Torroella de Montgrí.
