For example you can head off on the greenway, a way-marked circular route that links Murol to Lake Chambon via Le Tartaret, Auvergne’s youngest volcano. All hiking fans will be stunned by the breathtaking landscapes of the Chaudefour Valley, a national nature reserve renowned for its alpine flora and dramatic rocky needles. Not to be missed; the circular walks to discover the La Biche and La Pérouse waterfalls in the heart of the forest!
