A stroll through the town centre or a trip to the beach? In Pornic you can do both! Begin by heading for La Fraiserie, famous in Pornic for its ice cream, the best in the region! Our advice: enjoy it on the Quai du Commandant l’Herminier for the added pleasure of a gorgeous view towards the Château de Pornic!
The sun’s warming up? Treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the ocean waves with all the family! In Pornic, you’ll find no less than 12 beaches lining the shore. Try the Noëveillard beach, you’ll be certain to find room to spread your towel, even at the height of the season!

Take to the heights when on holiday in Pornic! Hand-in-hand, explore the “upper town” where the picturesque cobbled streets lend themselves perfectly to a romantic stroll together. And there’s no shortage of addresses waiting for you when it’s time to stop for a delicious break!
For a change of direction and a totally different viewpoint set off along the “Customs Path”, a superb coastal walk overlooking the waves at Pornic. The Pêcheries and Sainte-Marie circular walks are both accessible to all and offer a sublime panorama over the ocean. Along the way, take a moment to stop off in one of the many little creeks, each more authentic than the last. Impossible to resist their golden sand, ideal for a lazy moment to relax and unwind!
