And if you want to change for something completely different, head for the Domaine de l’Oustalet on the heights of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer. Lying in the heart of 600 protected hectares, it’s a wonderful spot for a walk and an improvised picnic with the family. The kids will particularly appreciate the pony rides and mini farm!

In Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, the beach is far from being the only attraction for your romantic holiday together. If the swimsuit remains essential, don’t forget to pack your walking shoes as well: the innumerable hiking trails offer the perfect way to explore the Clape Massif, one of the largest listed sites in the Languedoc-Roussillon.
Amongst the many surprises in store for you, the Œil Doux chasm is always top of the list. This geological curiosity, with its sparkling emerald green water surrounded by cliffs and garrigue, can only be reached on foot. Although bathing is formally prohibited, don’t hesitate to stop off for lunch in the shade of the pines and bring back a superb photo of your holiday à deux!
